Application Process
There are two parts to Nazareth Prep’s application process, which can be completed in any order:
Complete and submit the online application here: Nazareth Prep Enrollment Application
(You must create an account or login to your existing account.)Upload all required academic records, including grades, attendance, discipline reports, and two (2) recommendation forms from a principal and/or school counselor.
Attend an upcoming Open House.
Registration details will be sent via email to applicants with an application on file.
