Hours: Full-Time, 12-Month Exempt.
Schedule: Full-time, 12-month position. Must allow flexibility according to the needs of the program. May include evenings and weekends for special events.

Essential Functions:
The Director of Admissions and Marketing is responsible for the strategic recruitment and enrollment of Nazareth Prep students. This role requires a dynamic leader who can actively build relationships in the community, implement a rigorous admissions process, and design and execute marketing efforts that highlight the school’s unique strengths, educational model, and story. Nazareth Prep High School enrolls students in grades 9 through 12.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Enrollment
Oversee and manage the admissions process for prospective students that thoroughly evaluates applicants for mission alignment, readiness, and fit for the school’s academic and internship model.
Coordinate and execute Open House events and other recruitment initiatives to attract prospective students and families.
Collaborates with staff and community partners to plan and deliver on-campus summer programming for middle school students (e.g., STEM camps, sports camps, career exposure events) to build early interest in Nazareth Prep.
Leads outreach efforts by establishing and maintaining relationships with key community partners, including schools (public and private), churches, community centers, social service agencies, and local organizations.
Represents the school at external student recruitment events, fairs, and community forums to promote enrollment opportunities.
Monitors and analyzes enrollment data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Marketing & Community Engagement
Develops and leads a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances the school’s visibility and reputation across multiple platforms, including social media, print materials, and digital marketing.
Coordinates regular content creation and posting to the school’s website and social media accounts to showcase student success, events, and school culture.
Strengthens the school’s presence and reputation in the community through targeted storytelling and strategic brand messaging.
Works with vendors to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of mass and targeted media such as direct mail, transit, print and broadcast.
Assists with storytelling, content creation, and photography that is newsworthy and timely to support the school’s brand.
Ensures all materials and marketing efforts follow the prescribed brand standards for clothing, print and digital media, etc.
Manages marketing vendor relationships that include professional photography, videography, graphic design, printing and other production.
Co-manages the school’s marketing budget.
Financial Aid & Application Systems
Oversee the processing and determination of students' financial aid eligibility, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment of family financial status.
Utilizes admissions and financial aid software to manage student application data, enrollment status, and aid awards.
Ensures confidentiality and accuracy in handling student records and financial documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Education, or Marketing.
Three to five years of experience in private school or college recruiting and admissions and/or targeted marketing required.
Proven ability to build authentic relationships with diverse community stakeholders.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels desired.
Familiarity with admissions and financial aid software platforms (e.g., School Admin, Blackbaud, FACTS, or similar) desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have a valid PA driver’s license and must possess or be willing to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
